Hi Ken, re: Activity on the Buy side......

It's been off and on for me on the Buy side this year. I was able to add
some Intl Small Value and Small Emerging Markets at pretty good prices
yesterday before things started to turn upward again. So far no buy signals
today.

I did have a sell signal on AAPL this AM, but because of the generous cash
level set aside for it, I did a vealie instead. It looks like a better day
for the markets domestically today. Even ex-US ETFs are rising.
