They concealed this fact to shareholders, lied about the reasons why in a press release and on this Board and intentionally violated Security Laws by failing to file an 8-K.

Would you mind providing proof? This supposed "fraud" occurred in early 2014. Why is it that the authorities have not descended on DECN like a swarm of locusts from Northern Connecticut. I mean its only been 4 years.
