Bozo Berman and the slimeballs that were and still are on the Board of Directors have shown their complete lack of fiduciary responsibility by losing control of the financials causing the Company to be unable to provide audited financials.

They concealed this fact to shareholders, lied about the reasons why in a press release and on this Board and intentionally violated Security Laws by failing to file an 8-K.

I wonder what dopey deal will be made to attract an investor for $7.5 mil at .04 when the stock has been trading in the 2 and 3 cent range.
