I'm still here and I'm still thinking all is well. One thing for sure I've seen in another big play I'm in is that YES a company can enter an agreement to enter or buy an empty shell and absolutely skip the private to public steps to get a new ticker...I'm still thinking the boys will eventually retake the SOUPQ ticker and the shares will be saved....if I'm wrong it won't be the first time but if I'm right I'll be grinning all the way to the bank...cheers and go SOUPQ
