Here's what's the most thing I admire at $UCPA:

95% of all OTC stocks that I've seen, had a capital deficiency that had grown bigger and bigger - and eventually led the company to toxic lend till their death!

UCPA are eliminating their capital deficiency, and you can watch it getting thinner and thinner by any quarter report!

Capital deficiency by numbers was:
2014 - $5.3M
2015 - $4.8M
2016 - $3.8M
2017 - $2.8M
2018 Q1 - $2.6M
2018 Q2 - $2.3M!

THAT'S NOT A USUAL FAILED OTC COMPANY!
