Is the best move to hold...

or bail? If someone had bought high and felt the stock wouldn't rebound selling would make sense. After all, penny stocks can be treacherous. Sometimes it may be best to just sell and get back to the subpennies. If a stock is .0001 it is most likely market maker antics. Those babies fly to .01 all the time.
