Even if a new partner is savvy enough…

to almost miraculously invent a valid CHS without infringing NDSUs patents, the time required for a patent is very time consuming. And how would this knowledge impact potential investors knowing that a patent is pending? And for what industry?

The 10-Q has spoken… Ownership is everything.
