else be "In-the-loop" on the negotiations.

Moreover,

>> How visible (noticeable) would it be for other tenants in the building to see & deduce?
>> Too many "Eyes" not to have a leak.
>> Etc.

I hope so, but do not see it (now).

It doesn't mean it isn't happening though.
