Its a real company but its a scam to shareholders. Mr. Kay does is lia to shareholders. They never produced any revenue with lias every year saying this is our year. Last year was the last straw when he clearly said tremendous revenue second half of the year. now a year and a half later still no revenue. And 2 of the seven law suits are gone a wash. This will never become anything of any value. Although it is good for trading based on all the hype.
