yes, the filings + News + Share structure update + Pink Current upgrade by otc markets so far. thats fantastic sound for me. It can only have reason to prepare an R / M or start a new business. Filings cost money and a 15 / 12G company would never do that for nothing. because the 15 / 12G is a safe haven for shells. if they actively step out of this, it always has a lot of importance. Something big is happening here. My opinion.
