Actually, Andy Grover wrote the Only Paranoid survive. And, you recommended that book to me three years ago...

It is in that book, that there are several Chapters on the merit of farming out work to "leaner and smaller" companies that can do things much faster than big companies that are reduced to a snails pace of doing things because of being straddled with "corporate Cultures" which stifle innovation.

I guess you read the book so long you forgot its lessons...Lol
