Again tilator, all Odidi has to do is a public offering and that will seal the deal about fear from Boyd getting an even bigger chunk of the company...and whoever participates in a public offering will drive the share price lower...which of course may eventually force Odidi to go to Boyd with a direct offering...but by that point Boyd may have already decided to take the loss and move on since Odidi has proven by his own actions already, to be completely incapable of advancing IPCI's stagnant pipeline...hence my insistence recently that if Boyd had solutions to bring to bear he would've done so with Dr. Odidi's willing participation and tried between the pair of them to avoid the ugly stigma the pending reverse split will bring.

I know some don't believe reverse splits are bad...but I'm definitely not in that camp...and if Boyd does come up with some miraculous post reverse split solutions I will gladly eat my words...I'm just advising extreme caution where the Boyd optimism's concerned glty
