this is standard and typical boilerplate. Many companies which dont have net income are included as are almost all if not all companies w negative working capital(no cash on hand -just debts)

that doesnt apply to zn, which has 7.5m cash equivalents as of the 10q date

but zn doesnt have revenue as of 6-30 10q date.

sec supplies a rigorous template with much of this boiler plate language-it is meant to expose every possible risk under the sun for the 'protection' of investors- and it is a very conservative legal doc

this language is thus boilerplate for thousands of companies and is the night of what has been(no revenue) while PR's are the day of the future
