Well? Has anybody contacted any of the parties involved in the audit? I myself have not. The last time (and first time) I sent an email to Roger, there was no email response but we did get (publicly) several pages of non-news that basically said "Big things are in the works, please be patient, thanks for understanding and holding long."
Roger will respond if enough people ask, but will people involved in the audit respond to shareholders? I'm curious whether they are legally able or legally required to give updates to owners of record of a publicly held company.
