The way they structured the wording of the deal, I admit is suspicious. Words like "legitimate" and as you pointed out, "non-binding," and mentioning not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 (count 'em) offers, suggests something's fishy. But that doesn't mean money can't be made here.
