In my view it just means that they’re super busy. They have to start integrating APF from a financial statement perspective (not to mention all the integration from an operations perspective). They’ve got new contracts to manage, presumably new acquisitions under DD, there’s a lot going on. And when you’re talking financials, they’re down 1 CFO. So I wouldn’t read anything negative into it. Besides they have filed late before a bunch of times, not sure where you’ve been.

However I will agree that going forward I would prefer to see on time filings simply because investors who aren’t as familiar with the company likely would view it as negative, without thinking further into the underlying circumstances.
