It's obvious to me that I didn't miss any thing with ABCE news releases like this:

During a phone conversation I was told Q2 was submitted and will be released in a timely matter. Timely matter does include the extension period.

With the company positive progress I'd expect it by this Wednesday 8/15 extension would be till 8/22 5 business day extension

And I followed the news with this:

ABCE traders already know that quarterly filing dates are never extended until the company files a NT 10-Q.

Quote: the subject quarterly report or transition report on Form 10-Q or portion thereof, will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date

The NT 10Q was filed on time as I stated even though the "news" stated the 10Q was "was submitted and will be released in a timely matter"! 10Qs are never submitted in blank pages.
