Having read the 10Q quite a few times it seems like the restructuring of debt and equity has to be about complete. I can't fathom a Preferred F series and I can't see a reverse split with all of the insider shares. If Rich is to consolidate the company as previously announced it looks like the time is near to see what that deal looks like.
If Christie has ownership that would lead to disclosure of that fact which would be interesting.
