Did you send the CAD after Li had taken over? The fact that they didn't reply to an RFQ leads me to believe that either they know that they are unable to produce anything or, more likely, there is no intention to produce. The history of this company since Steipp took over seems to indicate that it has become a shell of some kind that various people acquire for purposes other than doing real business. Otherwise the silence doesn't make sense.
