Kool beans. In that case, I'm going to continue in the spirit of ignoring the meat and potatoes of someone's post and just picking out an-out-of-context phrase to pivot into my own agenda. So, I'm gonna ignore the rambling regurgitation of this impeding failure and supposed expertise of what a CEO is and isn't supposed to do.

In other news: does anyone here actually know anything about the regulatory requirements to combine international entities, one public and one private-owned?

Also, any word on Israel lifting the MJ export ban? I believe that's the crux of the hold up between CANN10, BLDV and AMS beginning their trade - even outside of merging forces.
