" he's been transparent and clear from the get-go..."

Unfortunately Alper has been utterly opaque by choosing not to disclose Q1 & Q2 this year. Consequently, no one knows what has actually happened with this company in over 8 months. His excuses for not disclosing simply do not hold water. Add to that his failure to hire an attorney to provide an opinion letter and this ticker has been downgraded from Pink to YIELD to STOP.

Alper's issuing of PR's full of excuses and pie-in-the-sky promises is not transparency. In fact it's what lawyers often describe as "stalling and lulling." As we know he has already missed multiple deadlines for disclosures and has announced yet another delay when the big payoff will finally happen.

In short, Alper has failed in his duty to perform the basic, bare minimum duties expected of the CEO of a public company. IMO he is refusing to disclose Q1 & Q2 because he knows that doing so will be detrimental to himself and the stock price. IMO he's stalling in hopes that his Cann10 "Hail Mary" scores a touchdown. Maybe it will and he can finally dance in the end zone. But for now, an utter lack of transparency is what I see going on with him and this company.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
