For the new people, and anyone concerned really. These large block sells into the bid are still likely from the last conversion of L2Cap note. Fully converted =/= sold into market. By my math, they still have a decent block of shares (~10-12M), but nothing that should really be a concern here. I was expecting them to hold the rest of their shares, but it looks like they are content with selling low 30s/high 20s (their conversion price for this last tranche was ~0.001 so they are making a nice profit either way). The more they sell now, just fewer for them to sell when the Q hits.

This is not new dilution, its the last remaining shares of the L2Cap note. No need to worry, its actually a great buying opportunity IMHO.

Do your own DD though, and you will likely share mine, and the rest of the longs, enthusiasm for ABCE.
