Well, you might see that happen. The market is pricing that scenario in at a 30% drop and expecting at least 30% dilution.
Hayward can talk all he wants in a CC, drop any form of guidance, Miss earnings by 65%, yada yada yada doodle.

At the end of the day, the market will judge Hayward, and consequently the market will dictate his options.
