Well, think about it for a minute.

The worse case scenario for those warrants is .44 each. That's the lowest of the "adjustment provision".

2.3 million warrants at .44 = $1.1 Million in cold hard cash. Then add a few million dollars for the PP and viola, you've got over $3 million to pay your bills.

And with a reverse split, everything is reset to above $2 per share.

Of course, I'm just throwing that out there. The good Dr. would NEVER do that, right?

Has he ever done a R/S before?

Has he ever jumped at the opportunity to get a PP?

With these penny stocks, you have to look at the worse case scenario...because sometimes it happens.
