No way! First in order to re-register with the SEC, they will have to supply an 'audited' 10-K for 2017 and a 10-Q for the first quarter of 2018.

They stated in the recent filings that they don't intend to do that in the near future?

Please help save the earth. It's our only source of chocolate.
