I/ve wondered that myself-though mention is made that such a pipeline could bypass russia to europe,to do so any such pipeline would have to go thru azerbaijan and turkey and turkey under erdogan will not allow israel oil

israel has pipelines and or agreements w jordan and egypt and oil could be shipped from haifa refineries to europe
