Looks pretty good we get to carry forward a past loss of $1,234,547 to offset future income right off the get go..
Company wasn't big on filing taxes on quite a few years but may be good because maybe an accountant can find missed opportunities to increase the $1,234,547 that we can apply against our incoming earnings..
