Here's a better article. New Jersey is going to end up either with gay marriage, or some form of domestic partnerships that confer the same rights as marriage, just as we have here in California. At least today's ruling didn't give the righteous right a reason to go to the polls in two weeks. If gay marriage becomes a reality in New Jersey, it won't be until after the election.
