Basically, with some of the purported numbers involved if you think about it, the ENTIRE WMIH float at current levels as well as value of preferred and common escrows is a small number not withstanding debate about whether they are linked, etc. Who says that SOMEONE says we cannot let the details of this travesty ever see the light of day - ever. Mr. HF’s et al, we will make you whole, but these escrows, etc. must/will die. They make it back in spades on some other ‘arrangement’.
