Nothing has change this has always been about a potential merger with or without Sharp's involvement or his tweets. The company reinstated with NV, paid off their debts (including the one to Sharp), and in their form 10 filling straight up said they are looking for a merger. Anyone still hanging on anything Sharp tweets or doesn't tweet was looking for a pump and dump flip in the first place.
