New York, January 29, 2018. Newgioco Group, Inc. (OTCQB:NWGI) (“Newgioco” or the “Company”), a leisure betting technology company providing regulated lottery and gaming products and services through licensed subsidiaries based in Europe, is pleased to announce the signing of four new online gaming operators further expanding the Company’s distribution network in Italy.
These new operators expand the Company’s fast-growing online distribution to regions not previously covered by our webshop locations bringing the total retail stores to approximately 1,300 and increases the number of websites distributing the Newgioco brands to eight. The four new web skins, which are expected to receive final regulatory certification and go-live on February 19, 2018, include:

The Company also expects to add approximately 20,000 registered players to our regulated online gaming network from these operators and expanding our newgioco.it brands which now include originalbet.it; lovingbet.it; timetobet.it, resulting in projected annual turnover growth of $12 million in sports betting and $36 million in casino sales.
