I called spectrum king. Rami, the owner was unavailable to speak with me and the receptionist was not forthcoming with any useful info. But I'm like you, has to be close. This merger has been in the works for sometime. It will move big once things start happening. The float is crazy low already and if the rs happens, it will be locked in a day. Good luck to everybody
