Okay, I took “ap” as a typo of “app” since it wasn’t in caps.

I get AP (and AR), and see your point. However, going in front of a judge shouldn’t be necessary. Sending a copy of the signed contract should be enough instead of having to go in front of the judge. Cedar probably did that and got tired of no response.

Instead of just principal, Cedar probably tacked on attorney fees and interest.
