Mr. Rory J. Cutaia, J.D., is the Founder of nFüsz, Inc. ( Formerly known as bBooth, Inc) and has been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary and Treasurer since October 16, 2014. Mr. Cutaia founded bBooth in August, 2012 (formerly Cutaia Media Group, LLC). He is an Advisor and Consultant at Corinthian Capital Group, LLC. He leads Corinthian Capital’s alternative investment initiatives. Prior to bBooth, from October, 2006 to August, 2011, he served as a Partner with Corinthian Capital Group, Inc. Prior to joining Corinthian Capital, he Founded The Telx Group, Inc. in 2000 and served as its President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from January 2000 to October 2006. During the course of six years, Mr. Cutaia led the business from a start-up to a highly successful and lucrative sale at a price well in excess of $200 million. He provided the vision for its strategic goals and objectives. While directing all aspects of telx’s activities and operations, Mr. Cutaia employed a unique management style that encourages and inspires entrepreneurship and individual creativity among employees. Before founding Telx, Mr. Cutaia was a practicing lawyer with a prominent New York firm. Prior to this, he founded Innovative Resources, Inc., and served as its President. After the successful sale of the business, Mr. Cutaia completed the law degree and joined a major international law firm. From June 2007 to August 2011, he was Chief Executive Officer of GreenFields Coal Company. He began his career as an attorney at Shea & Gould, as a Member of that firm’s International Practice Group, where he developed a broad range of experience in domestic and international telecommunications, cable, real estate, banking and financial and governmental institutions. He was the Founder of Allied Fiber, LLC and served as its Executive Chairman and Director from June 2008 to October 2011. Mr. Cutaia serves on the Board of Directors at Wolf-Gordon Holdings, Inc. among several other companies and organizations and is a Member of the Board of Trustees at New York Institute of Technology. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of the United States chapter of Innocence in Danger. He served as a Director of The Telx Group, Inc. Mr. Cutaia is a frequent participant on industry panels and presentations and has authored numerous articles on topics relevant to telecommunications and the colocation industry. Some of his activities in the former Soviet Union were the subject of a featured article in Sports Illustrated. Mr. Cutaia is also active in the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization, where he mentors future business and community leaders. Mr. Cutaia received NYIT’s Brett Kaufman Memorial Alumni Scholarship Award for Entrepreneurship in 2004. He holds a J.D. degree from the Fordham University School of Law in 1985 and a B.Sc., magna cum laude, in Business Administration and Business Management from New York Institute Of Technology in 1982.
