Sorry Sandpaints but Fibertower is not high up on the totem pole for most observers. But a shot at the FCC and ATT is something many tech and telecom journalists would salivate at. The key here is the FCCs terrible lack of enforcement costing taxpayers, encouraging fraud, abd screwing shareholders of companies. Just do a list of what happened between STRP and FTWR and one group was rewarded who shouldnt have and the other group was royally screwed who shouldnt have. Why??? The FCC's asleep at the wheel and when it is apparent they bail themselves out through the att and vz avwnue and claim it is for the betterment of the nation.
