I don't know who is itching to follow up on this story, however if we could develop a document finding, email, off the cuff public comment or if Vuletini's lawyer could uncover any NDA admission regarding some individuals and the transaction, that would bring the matter forward at a high price to AT&T or Fiber Tower management/ or both. Could even enter into the realm of the FCC if the right testimony comes out.
Meanwhile, AT&T seems to be hiding something when it comes to the SEC too. We already know publicly that AT&T was involved with Cohen.

Frankly, I don't understand why AT&T doesn't just settle some with all the previous shareholders, it would not take that much to make the transaction a fully legitimate deal. Stupid or vain if they don't see the risks of continuing and not correcting it now is going to hurt much more in a later probable eventuality.
