Well best guess is there has just not been a ruling yet. But I asked a few people and it is possible if you look through the case I think there was a period of time when there were in discussion (back before it got to this court) etc..

I really would not spend too much time worrying about the court case. But no no shares get eliminated if we win outright, because the shares were never issued.

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
