blizz, if there were let's say a tentative settlement pending funding, would that prevent a ruling of the motion of dismissal. In other words, if the parties agreed on this possible settlement pending funding, the judge would not rule unless say LG says, we've waited long enough, no funding, so now the Judge would rule.? then the questions in my original post would come into play?
