Lawsuit filed because Dan did not convert their shares when they wanted to. So they filed the suit. Similar suits usually result in payment of whatever was left on the note plus some interest but not the crazy xxx amount per day in penalties etc .

Not sure why there has been no decision in this case yet. It is possible that perhaps there is a tentative settlement pending funding of WSTI. For example, LG keeping the litigation open but perhaps if Dan does get needed funding it will just get paid out and go away or some combination of things etc.
