Tommy when it comes right down to it there probably wasn't even a chance of $3,000,000 settlement or they probably would have taken it...probably not even a $30,000 offer...so settling as you call it was nothing more than Leep crawling away...defeated...licking their wounds with.....what?...what did they even settle for?...perhaps the patent...perhaps storage space of existing product that someone had once mentioned a year ago of that theory...OVC right to advertise Leep ISP on their website and most likely sell it...that is what makes me think it all....possibly...possibly...could have been a scam...all seems very fishy to me

As far as the lawsuit is concerned, settling was the right course of action. Anybody who thinks that Leep would have received the full amount or anywhere near that is brain dead. Leep didn't have the resources to stay in court for many years as this played out.
