As far as the lawsuit is concerned, settling was the right course of action. Anybody who thinks that Leep would have received the full amount or anywhere near that is brain dead. Leep didn't have the resources to stay in court for many years as this played out. How many customers would have been interested in the product not knowing who to send payment to? We do know that the gov. has bought some units according to the 8ks. What else do we have, no idea. I'm hoping like everyone else. Hoping that a new website means things have turned around for us. OVC got the judge to postpone many hearings before the settlement. They could have waited us out until Leep was bankrupt.
