This was a 25 cent stock, and convertibles along with being unprofitable (so far) brought it down to sub-penny levels.

It does look like .20 - .30 was the range of trading for all of 2017 more or less, but now that its subpenny, the journey back up will probably never again see the same trading range as it had last year (opinion)

The June 8 8K was a nice heads up that shares will be converting, and the pps shows it...If theres more notes it could get real painful...

Being subpenny for a ticker is dangerous for both the company and shareholders...is the management team of DRUS competent to handle a turnaroud...? (The stock has gone down easily 95% from it trading range in less than a year.)

Im just looking for rational thoughts on the competency of the management and if this could be a long term play...
