Exactly - a Catch 22. But bears here act as if this was a one cent stock and suddenly it's been discovered there have been convertible notes. Wrong! This was a 25 cent stock, and convertibles along with being unprofitable (so far) brought it down to sub-penny levels. DRUS has been turning things around mightily, and the bedrock of the business, federal contracts and drone sales/services to military, police, and fire departments, is stronger than ever.
