Up until just recently, several law firms were advertising in order to bring enough plaintiffs to create a class. Apparently, at least one of those firms must have enough people because they actually filed a suit. The complaint stated something to the effect that Zion gave false and misleading information between March, 2018 - June, 2018 that impacted the stock price. Looking back to that time period, I don't recall anything that Zion stated that could possibly have been false and misleading. Not that it matters but I did send an e mail to that firm letting them know that I view their actions as despicable. Some people are just so naïve because it is a well known fact that only the lawyers make money should they be successful in such actions. The average shareholder who lost due to bad behavior might be lucky to pocket $5.00, several years into the future. Without a doubt, Zion is a company run by evangelical Christians. How may other such companies are out there? For this reason, the enemy is going to pull out all the stops to burden not only Zion but their faithful shareholders as well. It is not a coincidence that all this is happening within a week of the announcement.
