No, but they aren't the ones making unrealistic claims, or wasting investor money.
All they care about is getting their licence fees, they are not responsible for how Zion (mis)treats it's investors.

It's not like there is huge demand to drill in Israel either, otherwise they'd licence the land for WAYYY more to Exxon/BP/Shell, etc...
Wonder why that is? Is Zion smarter than those huge companies? Or maybe Exxon knows there isn't any oil, haha
