"You have to report ownership to the SEC when you own 5% or more."

This is the part that always troubles me. Of all the people of all the companies that have had their hands on this product NONE have taken a sizeable stake. One might argue "insiders information" well that isn't indefinate. You buy prior to the run up that's one thing but to take a position years in advance is another.
