So for argument's sake, lets say there are 20 million shorts and a float of 2.8 million. How can these EVER get covered? They simply pass the buck from one shorter to another? Or does the Price just skyrocket while shorts try to not be the one that gets caught without legitimate shares? And then what happens to the one that gets caught with nothing?
