This is what I like about penny stocks... stocks move in three directions. Up, down and sideways. This Penny Stock is already down and can't go much further, less it's taken off the board, completely.
UOIP can only go sideways or up? Over the duration of time?

The downward risk is not a factor here. UOIP is coming out of sideways motion (less problem to worry about.) Patience will prevail. Just wait it out...
