It seems we had 8 of them and in one day after the 10Q, what happens? Two of the same firms come out again! Double Ambulance Chasers!

However notice that this time they announced filing not investigation. What is up with that? What do they have that they gathered in a week? Expect more of this soon.

According to the lawsuit, defendants during the Class Period made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Zion was either already or was likely to soon become the subject of an SEC investigation; and (2) as a result, Zion’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

Now we know, they claim that they denied knowing of pending SEC investigation! Well what horsepucky. They did not know, but we here at iHUB knew something was amiss with Panda. That information and timeline is in the following stickies!
