Investors in OTC stocks should really learn about the way things work.
99.9% of OTC companies have no operations except to sell stock.
Many will issue bogus P/R's, update filings, (most states like Nevada it is only $25.) And have shills working for them.
They will issue shares until the SS is maxed out and the PPS is .0001.
They will then do a R/S but keep the A/S the same thus wiping out all investors and enabling the company to start the dilution all over.
